What does Team LGBTQ cost?

Membership costs $19.99 per month and automatically renews, but there is no commitment required. While we hope you come and stay a while, we make it easy for you to cancel. Just use the cancellation form below, or email our amazing support team at help@fansoffree.com

I signed up! Where do I access my membership?

Once you have enrolled, please open the confirmation email titled "Welcome to Team LGBTQ" and create your login credentials. If you cannot find the email within 30 minutes of signing up, please contact help@fansoffree.com and we will send you a new access link!

How do I cancel my membership?

Please enter the name and email you used to enroll in the cancellation form at the bottom of the page, and your membership will be automatically canceled.

Can I have a refund of the membership dues?

Because of the digital nature of the Team LGBTQ membership, we do not generally offer refunds. However, on a case by case basis, exceptions can be made. If you believe there are extenuating circumstances, please contact help@fansoffree.com

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Refunds generally appear in your account in 5-7 business days.
