How much is shipping and handling?
Shipping and handling is $3.95 no matter how many products you buy. If your order total is over $50, shipping is free anywhere in the U.S.!
Where are my products shipped from?
We ship all our products right from our warehouse in Tucson, Arizona!
How long does it take to receive my order?
Most of our products ship within 5 - 7 business days via USPS First Class mail with a tracking number. We are a small team of three, but we work to get your order out as fast as we possibly can! Once you receive your tracking number in your email, your order should arrive within 3 - 5 business days.
What if my order is damaged or incorrect?
We will replace your order free of charge if it arrives damaged or defective. Please contact our customer support team: help@fansoffree.com and we will get your order fixed as soon as we can!
Can I cancel my order?
Any time before your order ships, you may cancel your order by reaching out to our customer service team. If we are able to cancel the order before it has shipped you will be provided a full refund.
Can I return my order?
We hope you're thrilled with your purchase! However, if you're not 100% satisfied, you can return the item and get a full refund for up to 30 days after you receive it. Any item you return must be in the same condition you received it in, and in the original packaging.
